Annual Fundraising Film for Hume Lake Christian Camps

Every summer, Hume Lake Christian Camps becomes a place where stories are written—stories of transformation, hope, and renewed faith. Across their three campuses—Hume Lake, Hume New England, and Hume SoCal—students from all over the country step away from everyday life and encounter the Gospel in a powerful way.

The Hume Tour 2024 film was created to share those stories. As part of Hume’s annual fundraising dinners, this video plays a key role in connecting guests to the heart of Hume’s mission: to present the message of Jesus Christ in a dynamic, impactful environment, and to disciple young people in His Word.

Throughout the entire summer, Hume’s team of summer videographers captured moments that can’t always be planned or scripted—the laughter, the worship, the quiet reflections, and the decisions made for Christ. These authentic, unscripted moments from across all three campuses became the foundation for the film. Our role at Wyld Story was to take this footage and weave it into something cohesive, beautiful, and meaningful—something that not only showed what happens at Hume but why it matters.

We approached the edit with the same intention we bring to every story we tell: to be thoughtful, purposeful, and true to the people we’re representing. The final film highlights how Jesus is working through Hume to bless, encourage, and inspire the next generation. It’s a story of students finding faith, leaders pouring into campers, and lives forever changed by the truth of God’s Word.

The Hume Tour 2024 film is more than a recap—it’s an invitation to be part of a story that’s still unfolding.
