Sony Pictures was gearing up for the global release of Spider-Man: Far From Home, and they wanted to create something more than the usual press coverage—something authentic and personal. For the Beijing leg of the tour, they needed behind-the-scenes video content that would give audiences a closer look at Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Holland as they met fans and represented the film.

Jake reached out to Arcade Edit for a recommendation, and they pointed him to Wyld Story. After seeing our work, Jake invited us to come alongside him for the weekend in Beijing.

We traveled light and worked fast. Over two packed days, we captured genuine moments as Jake and Tom connected with fans, shared about the film, and soaked in the energy of the tour. Every shot was filmed run-and-gun style—no big setups, just an eye for the story unfolding in real time.

By the end of the weekend, the edit was finished and ready to post—giving Sony content that felt immediate, cinematic, and true to the moment.

This project reflects the heart of what we do: capturing stories as they happen, with purpose and authenticity.
